The Prometheus Watch Company Recon 5 watch is our interpretation of a flieger model.

With this model we tried to pay tribute to the Reconnaissance Squadrons that try to keep our world a safer place, specially to the 5th Reconnaissance Squadron part of US Airforce.
Though satellite military surveillance started to make reconnaissance squadrons less strategical nowadays they played a very important world in keeping world as is during cold war.
A bit in parallel with watch world where quartz bring out cheaper ways to see time but didn’t mean end of mechanical time pieces Recon squadrons are still here to prove their need.
The clearly simplistic dial and unobtrusive look makes it stealth as a U2 aircraft used in recon missions.
This project is a separate project from the Ocean Diver.
